This is a Luxurious Ocean Front Property Home built in the Salmon Fishing capital of the World. It has 10 Bedrooms and 5 1/2 Bathrooms was built with the design of having many guests. King Salmon, Halibut, and Red Snapper have been caught within 100 ft. from shore in front of the House. The Grand Room is being finished now, as well as some of the downstairs bedrooms. There is also a Grand Entertainment Room, a Game Room, and a Library. The Prince of Wales Island is the fourth largest Island in the Western Hemisphere and there are No Grizzly Bears on the Island. The weather is very similar to Seattle, WA.

Prince of Wales Island
Located in Beautiful Southeast Alaska, Prince of Wales is the Fourth largest Island in the Western Hemisphere, with a population of just under 6000. The Island is 135 miles long and 65 miles wide, and has 2,577 sq mi.
City of Craig
The Beautiful city of Craig has always been a Fishing village. It has a population of 1400, and is the crown Jewel of the Prince of Wales Island. It is the Hub of the island and is the
main location for businesses and services.
Fishing
The Salmon Capital of the World... There is World Class Fishing from the Prince of Wales Island, Including all the Rivers with runs of Salmon, Steelhead, and trout. There is also a great run of Winter King Salmon around the city of Craig, Alaska. Halibut and Cod Fish are bountiful.
Wildlife
There are No Grizzly Bears on the Prince of Wales Island. Black Bears, Sitka Blacktail Deer, and the Alexander Archipelago Wolf are very common. Other animals such as Beaver, Martin and Porcupine are common throughout the forest.
Tongass National Forest
The Beautiful Tongass National Forest is nearly 17 million acres. Less than 8% of the Tongass is developed, primarily from past timber management activities.
Sea Life
The islands of Southeast Alaska are a home to healthy populations of animals that are not common in other areas of the United States. Coastal temperate rain forests cause wet, warmer climates, where the collision of marine air and coastal mountains cause a temperate ecology and an abundance of wildlife occurring in all seasons.
About the House
Design
The House was specifically designed and built as a lodge. With 10 large bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms, it can easily accommodate large groups of people. Added in the design also is a grand front room, a grand entertainment room, and a game room with a library.
Chosen Location
The exact location of the house was specifically chosen for fishing. There is World class fishing in this location, and the only King Salmon run on Western Prince of Wales in the very bay the house is built.
Construction Design
The construction design that went into the house is heavy construction chosen specifically for Southeast Alaska. Heavy beams and framing, heavy hurricane straps, Tyvec house wrap, Cedar siding, and Sikkens log home stain.
Deep Water Mooring
The Location was chosen for Deep Water Moorage. The waters in front of the house are excellent for docking, or anchoring, large commercial vessels, large sailboats, and various kinds of fishing vessels.
